Fill out our contact sheet and we will reach out to schedule a consultation with you to figure out what’s best for your business needs.

We are a “Fractional” company. That means you’re hiring us on a contract basis, for a specific job. For most services we ask for a 2 month commitment to ensure that we have enough time to adjust to your systems and create a synergy with your leadership team. Our goal is to wow you with our service so much that you want to extend our contract. However, it is not required.
-
If you itemize your business expenses, yes!
When onboarding, you will receive a copy of our W9 form so that you can provide our business information to your tax advisor.
-
Then you’re just like many other business owners! During our consultation, we will go into depth on where our collaboration should start. Many businesses may start with one service for a month or two and then transition to another. We’re flexible!

For administrative services, in order to initiate beginning our agreed upon work, we require one months payment. This is to ensure that you will take the onboarding process seriously and supply us with the passwords or other access that we need, quickly. We want to get started ASAP!
For projects, based on the scope and size of the project, we may require a deposit and subsequent scheduled payments. The particulars will be agreed upon prior to beginning the project.
-
It depends! We work with businesses of all sizes. Our pricing is a reflection of the complexity of services, and overall time commitment required for the project.
Filling out our contact sheet is always the best way for us to narrow down costs.

No! Agents Outsource was founded with small business owners in mind. Most of whom are overwhelmed with the state-mandated employee benefits required for hiring a staff member.
We work together on a 1099 basis which means you can write off the costs to your business, and we are not a direct employee.
-
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us with a specific project in mind that they either don’t have the time or expertise to execute. We will gladly assist with one time projects and come up with an agreed upon project completion date.
-
Not at all! Virtual assistants are typically overseas, very task oriented and need direct oversight regardless of the time zone differences.
Our Online Business Managers are United States based with entrepreneurial backgrounds. We are able to see where your business has gaps and be proactive about filling them. At Agents Outsource, we work less off of a “to-do” list and apply more of a “let-get-ahead-of-this” attitude.
In other words, virtual assistants act as your task employee, while we are more your business collaboration partner.
